Sol Gathering
FAQ

What people ask before saying yes.

Frequently Asked

Is Sol Gathering a paid experience?

Yes. Sol is a paid, application-based gathering with limited capacity. Applications are reviewed personally so we can curate the circle with care. If your application is approved, you'll receive the full pricing details, payment steps and available accommodation options.

What happens after I apply?

If your application is approved, you'll receive the full pricing breakdown, payment details, available accommodation options and next steps to confirm your place. Sol is a paid, application-based experience. Accommodation is not included in the base experience and is booked separately.

What's included in your Sol pass?

Your Sol pass includes full access to the four-day gathering, all core programming, shared meals, ceremonies, music, movement sessions and full venue access. Accommodation at TreeCasa is not included in the base experience and is offered separately after application approval, based on availability and room preference. Travel to Nicaragua and optional add-ons are also separate.

Is accommodation included?

No. Accommodation at TreeCasa is offered separately and booked after your application is approved, based on availability and room preference. Approved applicants receive curated lodging options together with the full investment breakdown.

Can I choose my room type?

Approved applicants receive curated TreeCasa accommodation options based on availability and room preference. Rooms range from intimate canopy suites to a ten-person garden house. We do our best to match preferences in the order applications are approved.

Are meals included?

Breakfast is included. Herbal tonics, farm-to-table cuisine, vendor products throughout the four days are not included in your Sol pass.

Who is the gathering for?

Artists, founders, filmmakers, facilitators, healers, storytellers and cultural stewards — people whose work and presence shape culture. We curate for depth, diversity and resonance, not status.

Can I come alone? Do I need to know someone?

Most people arrive on their own. The circle is small and carefully held, so it's easy to land into the group. You don't need to know anyone in advance — many of the deepest relationships come from showing up open.

How do I get to TreeCasa?

Most guests fly into Managua (MGA) or Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR), then transfer by car (around 2.5–3 hours) to San Juan del Sur. We send a detailed travel guide with shuttle, transfer and visa info once your place is confirmed.

Are airport transfers included?

Transfers are not included in your Sol pass, but we can recommend trusted shuttle and private transfer options in the travel guide we share once your place is confirmed.

What's the pace of the four days?

Generous and unhurried. Most days have a soft morning practice, a midday session, a long shared meal, and an evening of music, art or fireside stories. Plenty of unstructured space to rest, swim or walk in nature. Nothing is mandatory.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, reliable Wi-Fi if you need it — and intentional pockets where you don't. The rhythm of the gathering is built around presence, but we know some people are still traveling for work.

What should I pack?

Fun and festive wear. Light, breathable clothing for tropical weather, swimwear, something warm for the evenings, comfortable shoes for nature trails, and anything personal that helps you ground (journal, ceremony attire, instruments, art supplies). A full packing guide is shared with confirmed guests.

Are refunds or transfers possible?

Once confirmed, your place is held for you. If life changes, we work with you on transfers to a future edition. Specifics are shared in your booking details — we believe in treating people, not policies.
