Getting to TreeCasa
Most guests fly into Managua or Liberia, Costa Rica, then transfer by car (~2.5–3 hours) to San Juan del Sur. A detailed travel guide with shuttle options, timing and visa information is shared after application approval.

Sol is a paid, application-based experience. Once your application is approved, you’ll receive the full investment breakdown, available accommodation options, payment details and optional add-ons.
Offered separately
Your Sol pass does not include lodging. Approved applicants receive curated TreeCasa accommodation options based on availability, room type and preference.

TreeCasa offers open-air gathering spaces, pools, nature trails, gardens, shared meals, spaces for movement and rest, and access to the private beach experience if confirmed within the program.
